Bibliographies Centre for Studies and Research

The Peace Palace Library prepares bibliographies for the Centre for Studies and Research in International Law and International Relations of The Hague Academy of International Law. These bibliographies bring together key books, articles, book chapters, reports, and other scholarly publications on the annual theme and are intended to support participants and researchers working in the field. This section provides access to both the bibliographies originally published in the Centre volumes and the more recent online-only bibliographies, including topics such as Health and International Law and Climate Change and the Testing of International Law. Most Centre bibliographies are published as a final version and remain unchanged after publication. An exception is the bibliography on Climate Change and the Testing of International Law, which has been updated several times to incorporate newly published literature; earlier versions remain available for reference and consultation.
