After you have completed your search and found a book you would like to request you must log into your account via the sign in button on the top left of your screen.
Once signed into your account click on the place hold button on the right-hand side of your screen. Once clicked you will be directed to a page with all the relevant information about the book and its availability.
To reserve the book, click on the tick box on the left hand of your screen and click submit. After you click submit you should receive a notification that “you have submitted 1 hold request.”
Once your book is available for pick up you will receive an email notification.
Note: If the book is part of a series or anthology, please ensure you select the volume or edition you would like to receive. This information will be presented to you as part of the table after you have clicked the place hold button.
