This annually published bibliography has been compiled from materials available in the Peace Palace Library by Raymond Ridderhof, LLM International, Comparative and Foreign Law Librarian.

The Bibliography is structured in three sections:

  2. Congresses, listing books collecting acts and papers from conferences and congresses
  3. Bibliographies and dictionaries on arbitration
  4. Books, listing books on arbitration in general.

II. Country section: listing books covering arbitration law and practice in specific countries.

III. Journals section: listing journals on arbitration sorted per country.
