This is the second volume of a twelve-set project titled Tratado de Derecho Internacional Público, featuring leading Ibero-American specialists in the field. It is titled Derecho de los Tratados; a pivotal area to the study of this discipline. Throughout the book, renowned experts analyze topics such as the elements of an international treaty, the interaction between treaties and custom, the entry into force, provisional application, reservations, amendment of treaties, International Organizations and treaty law. Special attention is provided to treaty practice in Latin America with a chapter on the inter-American system.
Arbitraje: Revista de Arbitraje Comercial y de Inversiones
Since July 2024, the journal Arbitraje published by the Centre for International Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) is available as open access for the international legal community. The new platform permanently hosts all issues since its inception in 2008, making it easily accessible to universities, law firms, courts, and institutions worldwide.
