The Peace Palace Library expresses its gratitude to Prof. Hugo Cardona from CEU San Pablo University, Madrid and to Mr. José Luís Aragón Cardiel, legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, for their donations of the book Concepto y fuentes del derecho internacional and the biannual journal “Arbitraje. Revista de Arbitraje Comercial y de Inversiones”.
Published since 2007 and relaunched in 2021 by the International Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation (CIAMEN) of CEU San Pablo University, the journal is offered as a vehicle for reflection by the professional and academic community, which naturally concur in the fields of commercial and investment arbitration. With a global projection, it aims to be at hand, both physically and electronically, in universities, arbitration institutions, law firms, courts and other legal organizations around the world.
