The UNILEX database (open access) is produced by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome, Italy. This browsable database includes case law and bibliographies relating to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts.
The full-text of each instrument is provided, alongside a list of participating countries. The cases are arranged by date, country, arbitral award and by article and issues. An English abstract is provided for each case. The full text of the decision is also available, in the original language. The bibliographies for each instrument are structured by author, by article and by broad subject area.
