UNALEX is a multilingual legal information system on European and international uniform law, with a focus on European private international law and civil procedure.
The UNALEX is co-funded by the European Union and coordinated by Professor Andreas Schwartze (University of Innsbruck). Its aim is to provide information for the uniform interpretation of the instruments of judicial cooperation in civil matters.
The UNALEX Case Collection contains selected jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the courts of the EU member states and other contracting States in areas of law covered by UNALEX.
The cases can be accessed through the search engine, the Compendium of headnotes organized by articles and the Commentary section. UNALEX provides the relevant historical and current legislative texts, as well as selected studies and reports. Also included is the The European Legal Forum, a journal covering European and private international law. Start your research here.
